Come and See Screening

To grow up in the midst of a war is to leave childhood behind, never to return.

One of the most important war films ever made: Come and See, presented by Othon Cinema in Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara!

Come and See is a masterpiece that pushes the boundaries of war cinema, portraying the devastation wrought by the Second World War in Belarus through the experience of a young boy.

A film that makes it difficult to return to life as it was before watching it, Come and See depicts war not through tales of heroism, but through fear, silence, screams, and human faces. The camera never averts its gaze from the horror unfolding before it. For here, war is not a distant historical event, but a reality that comes terrifyingly close, right up to the human face.

Come and See is not merely a war film that must be seen; it is a film that makes forgetting impossible.
