Brought to life by the extraordinary chemistry between Michel Piccoli and Romy Schneider, the film reflects on love not through definitive answers, but through hesitation, longing and choices that cannot be undone. Its delicate music and images woven with light envelop this fractured structure of time in a profound melancholy.
